I handed over my bike on 15th April 2025 for repair and servicing after a major accident. Despite the critical condition of the bike, the technician (Ajay Kumar) admitted that no proper checks were conducted either before or after the service was completed. This level of negligence is deeply concerning and puts my safety at serious risk.
What made the situation worse was the rude and disrespectful behavior displayed by the manager (Sachin Bhati) himself. He attempted to forcefully hand over the bike in an unfinished, undrivable condition and, when I refused to accept it, I was threatened with being charged parking fees for not taking delivery of a bike that was clearly not roadworthy.
When I raised concerns, the manager responded arrogantly, telling me to “do whatever you want” and to “complain anywhere,” showing a complete lack of accountability, professionalism, and basic courtesy. I felt harassed, humiliated, and helpless in a situation where I simply expected responsible service and respect as a customer.
I have also raised the issue with customer care but till now I haven’t got any solution for it.
