My Jio Fiber connection post aid connection number 04223598094 is down since last 19 June 25. I have raised a complaint with Jio Care with a request ID SR00002FUP6Z. The status of the requst from Jio side shows appointment scheduled. On 22 Jun Jio has taken an escalation with request ID SR00002G3QY3, A
Despite numerous follow up and tweets to Jio Care ID , Now after escalation the appointment for Engineer is scheduled on 24 June between 1500 and 1600 hrs by Jiocare. with the customer support received till now , I am not hpeful of resolution on 24 Jun either.
Further, there is no way to contact JIO care through customer care number since the customer care does not have a option to speak to a executive. The Jio app also does not allow to escalate the complaint. Non availablity of JIO Fiber connection whch is a essential for day to day functioning and after caharginf Rs 1100/month is a clear act of ommission on the part of Jio. This is a clear lack of service for a paid customer. Non availablity of Jio Fiber for 4 days is unacceptable negligence and poor customer support.
