while taking loan for the tractor forcibly Bank of Baroda Manager, Chillahalli branch, Hiriyur taluk, Chitradurga dist, made us to take indiafirst life insurance cash back plan, if we don't take policy he was not sanctioning loan. so forcibly we took and we are not the situation to continue the policy so we gave letter to bank manager on 19th Dec 2024, and they sent email to the company also. even after giving cancellation letter they made ECS on deducted amount from bank account on 18th Jan 2025. we went and ask in the branch and manager was not allowing to discuss regarding the matter and giving IndiaFirst insuarance company numbers and asking us to contact them. we called them and they are saying we have not received email like that. and they are telling us to conatct branch. and branch manager is not allowing to discuss.
