Dear Sir,
I have booked 2 nos Plots in Land mark Society near Dhokhra Halt , Karmatand More, Hirak Road, Dhanbad with Land Mark Developer on 20.04.2022 and Booking Amount of Rs. 51000.00 (Rupees Fifty-one Thousand only) by cheque No. 655418 of SBI Karkend Bazar Branch.
Due to some unavoidable circumstances I cancelled the Land and requested for refund of my booking amount , Developer accepted the refund and gave me 45 days to get the refund through a letter (attached for your reference) . but till date developer has not given me the said amount.
I, Therefore request you kindly to look at the matter and do the needful action so that I can get back my Booking amount with reasonable interest.

Recommended Legal Action:​

Step 1: Send a Legal Notice to the Builder demanding:​

  • Immediate refund of the booking amount.
  • Interest on the delayed payment.
  • Compensation for harassment and litigation costs.

  • Booking Receipt / Payment Proof
  • Any Agreement / Correspondence
  • Proof of Cancellation Request
  • Builder's Response (if any)
