I placed an order from Fathis designs by the mid of july 2025, they said it takes about 30 working days first. Tried to contact them after 30 days, they said it's 30+ working days. I was trying to contact them in between but received no response from them, they changed their number multiple times and even switched off the phone. Once, when they took the call they said payment was not completed so i send them a screenshot of the completed payment, they said "go check with your bank because the money is not in our account". I said that's not the case i am sure i paid this and it went straight to your account. They said they will replace it with another item or will do the refund. I asked for a refund for which they said their manager is out of station or it's weekend office is closed. I tried to contact them again and now they blocked my number!! I called them multiple times on multiple days no answer yet. This is a scam and this business should be taken down.
