I'm writing to report a complaint regarding a fraudulent activity involving Naptol online shopping and a phishing scam.
My mother purchased bed sheets from Naaptol, but received a suspicious registered letter claiming she'd won a car via a scratched coupon. We've reported this to Naptol, and they acknowledged it as a scam.
Our concern is how our personal info was shared with third-party phishing mafia. We've attached the call record with Naptol's official number.
We request action to prevent such incidents and protect vulnerable consumers, especially the elderly, from online scams.
