Got phone calls to family members regarding pending cc bill amount which is not generated & communicated to cc owner. Personal data shared by HDFC Bank Pune branch -Wanorie to third party without legal communication & permission of cc owner.
 
I had credit card of HDFC Bank since long time. Had online fraud on my credit card on sep 2023 of Rs. 40000/- till the time I have utilised 107000/- from cc. I kept all the amount pending to pay with cyber complaints. Last bill generated on Dec 2023. HDFC bank refund the fraud amount rs. 40000/- on December after bill generated. But bank didn't communicate with me about this in any way by mail, by call or by new cc bill. After a year I got calls from third party regarding pending bill. They communicate that the fraud amount Rs. 40000/- refunded. But interest charges applied on pending amount.
I agreed to pay my utilised amount of Rs. 107000/- but I'll not pay un utilised amount & interest if bank provide NOC.
After some time getting calls from legal department as per there statement Some one Pranjal Jadhav talking with my wife & father.
Pranjal said my wife 1. Should I chat with your husband, it will create problem to you. 2. Do you have more affairs. 3. R u taking divorce. During the time Mr. Dattatray Godambe was in contact with me regarding the same from HDFC Bank Wanorie branch.

Yesterday on 26th May 25 I have called from same person Mr. Dattatray Godambe. I discussed with him regarding consumer court process I have started we'll discuss after that. I got mail from HDFC bank with this outstanding amount of Rs. 152963.38/-.
