I purchased a ₹10 Lay’s packet from a local shop in Siddipet, Telangana. Upon opening, it contained only air and no chips. This caused disappointment and mental agony. I seek ₹1,00,000 as compensation from PepsiCo India for defective product and emotional distress due to unfair trade practice.
