i purchased 128 gb pen drive from meshoo, at rs 290, after receiving i try to use it but it was fake, so i submit for return they send agent for pickup up, they pickup from me, but not hand over to meshoo so , i can't receive payment, i ask for refund many times, but they still saying that they did not receive product, they are saying we can't help you because we did not receive product, if their agent is fraud then what can I do please help me
