I am writing this mail to complain of the poor service. I have received from zoomcar company for more than one year.
I got the mail from representatives to release my payment regarding my car DL8CBE4794 for Rs 384000, but in all mail company assured me to release the payment in 15 days. The payment has not been released in my account till now.
We have been facing a critical financial situation due to getting late from zoomcar side.
Kindly consider this matter of urgency
We hope for your kind understanding in this matter. Therefore, please help insettle the payment from zoomcar side it's already 18 months delay I have there agreement also in which they mentioned 384000 total loss amount also but not credited till now in my account
