Dear Legal Team,
I am writing this email as a formal legal complaint regarding the continuous failure of Airtel Payments Bank to update my registered mobile number despite submitting all the necessary documents multiple times over the past one year.
Since the initial request, I have complied with every requirement communicated by your team. However, instead of resolving the matter, I have repeatedly received responses asking for the same documents again and again, without providing any clear justification for rejection. This repeated and unjustified delay reflects serious negligence and deficiency in service.
It has now been almost one year, and my issue remains unresolved. Due to this prolonged delay, I have suffered significant inconvenience, financial risk, and mental stress. This situation amounts to harassment and a clear failure to provide proper banking services as per RBI guidelines.
I hereby request your legal department to immediately intervene and resolve this matter within 7 days of receiving this email. If the issue is not resolved within the stipulated time, I will be left with no option but to initiate appropriate legal proceedings and file formal complaints with RBI Ombudsman and other competent authorities at your risk and cost.
This email may be treated as a final legal intimation before further action.
