My name is Sabuj Samaddar, and I am filing this complaint against SPICY CHICKEN PICKLE PRIVATE LIMITED under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, seeking a refund due to poor service and mental harassment.
I placed Order No. 60193 for Spicy Chicken Pickle through the Opposite Party’s online platform and successfully paid ₹809.10 to SPICY CHICKEN PICKLE PRIVATE LIMITED. The payment was confirmed, and I received proper order and payment confirmation emails.
However, after the payment was made, my experience as a consumer turned extremely unpleasant. When I reached out regarding the order and related concerns, the responses I received were unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate. Instead of being assisted respectfully, I was subjected to communication that was mocking in nature and caused mental discomfort. The attached chat records clearly reflect this behavior.
As a consumer, I expect basic courtesy, transparency, and support after making a payment. Unfortunately, the manner in which I was spoken to made it impossible for me to continue engaging with the Opposite Party. This conduct not only reflects poor customer service but also amounts to deficiency in service, as the service environment became unsafe and unacceptable despite full advance payment.
I tried to resolve the matter peacefully by raising my concerns and requesting a refund. However, no meaningful resolution was offered, and the amount paid was not returned, leaving me with no option but to approach the Hon’ble Consumer Commission.

Due to the actions of the Opposite Party, I have suffered financial loss, mental stress, and unnecessary inconvenience.
