This is Bhavik Bhatt from Borivali west Chikuwadi area, Mumbai City.
I enquired for Airtel broadband services on 13 November. Sales executive visited me on 14th November and ensures installation of Airtel fiber services in 48 hours. This was cheating, as,
On 16th November , instalation team visited me with Air fiber solution telling me that fiber solution cannot be delivered at my place. I asked why this was not informed earlier and why I was cheated they convinced me Air fiber works fine and no issues. And in case of any issues, I can log a complaint and it will be solved. Sales executive had already collected rs. 1500 from me.
On 16th November they installed, from 18th November I have been complaining to Sales executive that this internet connectivity is not working. Today it is 26th November and nobody has turned up.
In fact they closed the request no. 11020576671 automatically without visiting. This service was raised by sales executive on 21st November and closed automatically on 22nd. Tried reaching Sales team, customer helpdesk support but nobody is bothered at all.
I need Airtel to take back these boxes iniating a refund of Rs. 1500 as not a single day in past 10 days service has been stable and Airtel team is pathetic.
