I have request for Airtel Wi-Fi on Sunday dated 20 July 2025 and requested for the new connection. An agent from Airtel Named Sushil Kumar Singh came to my address and did the document formalities with Payment of Rs 2355.28 Transaction ID 735259679077924864. and I have requested him to take the request if the WIFI can be install same day and he committed me that it will be installed by 4 pm Maximum. but its 4 days gone and I have request to cancel the request and to refund my money, but no one is entertaining my calls and ignoring my messages which leads to mental harassment. I would like to file a consumer complaint for mental harassment to teach them a lesson .
