Parcel diverted to wrong location and delayed than 13 days, DTDC is not responding. (D3003541292).

It was dispatched on 05/Sept from Delhi to Indore and expected to reach by 12/Sept and During discussion with customer care they mentioned it was diverted to vijayawada.

Hold at Vijayawada 3 days
Hold at Hyderabad 3 days

and Still I didn't get it due to that all trials got on hold.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care (customersupport@dtdc.com) of the DTDC, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to deliver the packet, else you will will file a consumer case against DTDC. This step not only gives the DTDC a chance to address the issue and deliver/find your packet but also helps strengthen your case against them, if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
