This is Rahmat, I am facing trouble with DTDC courier parcel delivery.
Date of booking: 26-08-25
Query raised on DTDC support: 30-08-25
DTDC team is harrassing me on package delivery. Over the call they say I'm not aware of shipping address, you need to come to DTDC office and collect. This office is located 25 km away from my location/shipping address, for some reason I can't go there and collect (discussion happened on 30-08-25).
As on date 15 days has passed, I have sent many emails and called them but they are not willing to deliver the package in shipping address.
Request you to please do the needful.
