I am writing this letter in response to my parcel AWB number V98746298 that was booked on 27th august and is not yet delivered. I have called them multiple tomes and yet no response from them in the first few times and on the last call they said the invoice was missing but no one told anything about the invoice and then they blamed on me that the invoice is missing but during the courier pickup their agent never asked about any invoice and now they are saying it cant be delivered and due to that i am facing severe problem with my company and facing harassment
