I paid ₹41,300 to Egniol Consultancy (Chennai branch) in April 2024 for processing a Seed Fund Loan. My case was handled by a staff member named Prabhu. For more than 1.5 years, I did not receive any update or progress regarding the loan. When I requested a refund, they initially agreed but later stopped responding to messages and calls. Recently, I heard that the company has shut down and the owner has run away. I request a full refund of ₹41,300 and action to be taken for this fraud.
