I have recently visited vcare clinic in Madurai for a laser treatment on my upper lip and chin .I consulted the doctor there and purchased a plan of 12sittings of laser which they told me will cost around 84000/r/s meaning 7000 per a sitting.Each laser treatment does not even take more than 10mints.
The same treatment I purchased abroad in Portsmouth was 1500/r/s per sitting.That means in India it’s cost is almost 5xtimes more .Anyway I was too much in a bad state that my facial hair was so embarrassing that I have to urgently book a treatment.
I paid about 60600/r/s on 9/11/24 to vcare account.which is equivalent to a payment for about 9sitting of laser treatment there.
The problem is now I m getting calls daily from there clinic to make the full payment asap and send a screenshot to them .
I feel very bad about this poor behaviour .First of all they must not charge so much of money for this service
Let it be …they should not poke a customer for paying services to be availed later…
I have already paid for 8sittings so they have to complete it and then ask for money
Otherwise it’s very indecent…..
