I had purchased - Star Brust Shield Wings Black T-Shirt - from Overlays Clothing company.

This shirt costed me INR 10,000. After delivery, in 1hr I realised that the shirt doesnt fit to me and immediately raised a return request.

This return request was fraudulently rejected by saying that the TAG is missing which is a complete lie, it's clearly visible in the images attached that the tag is visible and 100% attached.

After getting the rejection, I sent them images again saying that the TAG is in place but their team stopped responding due to end of the year holidays. By the time the team came back, they are now saying the days to return the product has passed hence they wont be accepting it. In this period I had reached out to them 4 times on WhatsApp and 2 times on email requesting to process this.
