Subject: Complaint against Flipkart for supplying a defective and outdated mobile phone
Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Viral Recently purchased a Moto Edge 20 mobile phone from Flipkart on 20th October 2025, which was delivered to me on 25th October 2025. Upon inspection, I found the following issues:
1. The phone is technologically outdated and does not meet current standards.
2. After some time Banking and Some Social Media apps not working That Android Version.
3. This is a huge amount for the working middle class.
4. Motorola Official Site on Clear Mentioned last end of The Update August 2025,
4. The microphone is defective, causing poor audio during calls.
Despite contacting Flipkart customer care, they refused to accept a return and instead directed me to the brand’s service center, which is not a fair resolution.
This conduct violates my consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I request the following reliefs:
1. Full refund of the purchase amount
2. Compensation for mental stress and time wasted
3. Appropriate action against Flipkart to prevent recurrence

- Order invoice
- Delivery confirmation
- Evidence of defects (photos/videos)
- Communication records with Flipkart
Kindly accept my complaint and initiate suitable proceedings.
