On 7th February I ordered two books from Arihant publication for my cuet ug 2026 exam and it was a prepaid order. On 10th February I got a call from delivery agent that he has come to my address and asked to take my order, upon reaching to delivery agent he handed only one book to me and when I asked where is the other one, he rechecked in his bag and said there is no other order for me.I thought might be it will come later, but days passed didn't got any call for my book. As the order number and the AWB number for the order was same for both the books.
I started contacting Arihant Publication India Limited on there customer care number, they didn't answer my calls, started writing e-mails to them several times, asking to either refund the money or give me the book, but today more than 15 days have crossed no response from there side. The two books were Cuet ug 2026 general aptitude test and cuet ug 2026 Business studies book, and I received only cuet ug 2026 general aptitude test. Which are important books for my exam that is going to happen in month of May.
I kindly ask you to please help and help me in getting compensation.
