The order was placed for Mixer Juicer and payment was made on 21st December 2024. A damaged product (mixer Juicer) was delivered, and although the juicer was collected on 29th December, no replacement or refund has been provided yet. I have spoken to customer executives multiple times, and they assured me over the phone that the replacement would be delivered by 11th January 2025. However, it has still not been delivered, nor have they provided a refund.

We suggest you to send an E-Mail to the Flipkart customer care, wait for 7 days and if still not received any refund or replacement ping us back. We will guide you to file a case in Consumer Forum.
