- I raised complaint and called customer care from 'Call me Back' option in meesho . Did not get any call. At last, after trying multiple times when I got a call , they said they won't be able to resolve the issue as it is against meesho policy and said you've given no proofs. Even though I attached the packet in which I received only single saare instead of 8.
I ordered 8 sarees from meesho

Delivery agent called me asked for OTP . Took OTP and said he delivered the order. I later opened the package and saw only 1 saree was there in the packet.
Incurred a loss of around 2800rs
Order was of 3128 rs
