I, Sumit Kumar , residing at 141/16 premnagar sector 11 Gurugram , would like to file a formal complaint against Swiggy for deficiency in service.
Details of the case are as follows:
• Date of order: 01/10/2025 10:35 PM
• Order ID: 218307617524726
• Amount paid: Rs. 668
• Issue: Despite payment, my food order was never delivered. I have repeatedly contacted Swiggy’s customer support for a refund, but they have failed to process it even after .
This has caused me significant inconvenience and mental harassment.
I have attached copies of my order details, payment proofs, and all related correspondence for your reference.
I request the honorable commission to direct Swiggy to refund the full amount paid and to compensate me for the mental distress caused due to their negligence and failure to provide the paid service.
