I am filing this complaint regarding Order No. HP-2185631, confirmed on 20 October 2026.
I ordered the following products:
1. Magic Eraser – ₹200
2. Bathroom Cleaner – ₹200
3. Natural Herbal Floor Cleaner (1 L) – ₹299
The subtotal for the three items was ₹699. An order discount of ₹176.45 was applied, and shipping was free.
According to the order details, the shipment was dispatched through ClickPost on 23 October 2026, with tracking number 47771817666363.
However, I have not received the products. The order status shown by the seller or delivery platform does not match the actual delivery situation.
I request that the seller investigate the shipment and provide proof of delivery. If the products cannot be delivered, I request a full refund of the amount paid.
I am attaching the available order screenshot as supporting evidence and request appropriate assistance in resolving this consumer grievance.
