placed an order on Flipkart on June 19, 2025, for a product(Rice cooker)
I received a defective item. I raised a replacement request, which Flipkart accepted.
Despite multiple scheduled pickups, Flipkart failed to collect the product for 3 attempts and provided unprofessional and vague reasons for the failed pickups.
After several follow-ups, the defective product was finally picked up.
I was assured that the replacement product would be delivered by July 18, 2025. However, as of July 23, 2025, I have not received the replacement.
I have contacted Flipkart's customer care multiple times, but they failed to provide a valid update or resolution.
This behavior has caused me mental harassment, wastage of time, and financial inconvenience.
