I have ordered a mattress with order number OD335703049885742100.
On 17th Oct, there was a guy called and came to our doorstep to deliver but he realised that he brought wrong product and he said that he will come with right product next day.
But there was no delivery attempted or called but I keep on receiving attempted delivery messages.
Today, On 23rd Oct, I have raised a request to check the status. But instead, I receive WhatsApp confirmation to deliver or to return and I have chosen to redeliver.
Later today the product has been cancelled without my consent.
Customer service team cannot do any help to me.
That product was a wedding gift to my niece but i could not give her on time. and now the order is cancelled. I lost family relations, time and respect.
As i requested to call me from flipkart, They are saying that the product is untraceable and the backend team cancelled the product. There was no apology email or any compensation for my loss.
