I placed an order (Order ID: OD3361891141243241400) for HAVELLS Prolife Stellar Chef Air Fryer (Black) on Flipkart on December 6, 2024. The order was confirmed on December 6 and shipped on December 7, 2024.
The original delivery date was promised as Monday, December 8, 2024. However, without any valid reason or proper intimation, the delivery was later rescheduled to Friday, December 12, 2024, causing a delay of several days and significant inconvenience to me as I had planned my schedule and usage of the product based on the original delivery date.
I repeatedly contacted Flipkart customer support through emails and phone calls regarding this delay, but I have not received any proper response or satisfactory resolution. This lack of response, along with failure to honor the committed delivery date, amounts to clear deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under consumer protection laws.
Therefore, I request the forum to direct Flipkart and the seller to:
Ensure prompt delivery of my order without any further delay.
Pay appropriate compensation for mental harassment, inconvenience, and time lost due to the delayed delivery and non‑responsiveness of customer support.
Refund any applicable delivery or convenience charges, if levied.
