i had placed order ( order no 221506946318545 ) 11.39 pm. expected delivery time was 15/20 mins. i got delivery time delay notification 5 times. after that they assigned person called srinivas for assist. he did not answer any my questions, he did not respond to any message for long time. and closed conversation without asking. your customer care executive was very slow and careless. at 00.29 i got call from swiggy that my order is cancelled and i wl get refund. what should i do at 00.30 in the night to get the food. you dont have any respect, care for your clients. i want action to be taken . and want to know what action is taken on hotel and customer care person.
