I have paid online of Rs 24,000 on 28th August 2025 by discussing with Deputy Manager by name Ajay Joseph Yelamanchali. He committed that he would provide tuition to my daughter online from 5 PM to 7 PM for ICSE syllabus 10 standard. He could not able to provide classes as per the time provided by him after paying the amount, so I have requested him to refund money after 3 classes. He agreed that he will check with Management and refund money by 1st Oct, 2025. Till now he is not refunded.
