Respected forum members,
I ordered 3 lycra pants ayansh combo from online platform but on dilivery I found only two pants instead of three and quality of pant is worst.Delivery man from ekart ask 150 rs to return product.i collected product and search for seller and all information.But after all research I found fake number on product box. So please help me in that context for refund

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
