I am filing a complaint regarding an online shopping fraud.
On 07 February 2026, I made a UPI payment of ₹399.80 for a bedsheet order from a website called 99Mall after seeing a sponsored advertisement.
The payment was made to UPI ID: pinnacleemporium.bdpg@hdfcbank
Merchant Name: Pinnacle Emporium
After payment, I discovered that the contact number (9220248885) is reported online in multiple fraud complaints. Truecaller also shows it as spam/fraud.
The seller is not responding to emails and customer support appears fake. The product received was damaged and poorly packed.
I suspect this is an online fraud/scam operation.
