VLE Bazar delivered a defective, used product to me. I reported the issue immediately, yet to this day, they have provided absolutely no assistance regarding the return of the item. Over the past month and a half, I have repeatedly corresponded via email with their customer care executive, Ms. Swapna Verma; however, she has consistently offered me nothing but false assurances. Consequently, the product has been sitting in my home for a month and a half.
I have made repeated attempts to speak with their customer care executives over the phone, but they have failed to answer my calls.
I feel like they are deliberately deceiving me.
At this moment, having lost 17,235, I am enduring immense mental anguish. I now realize that they are engaging in fraudulent activity against me.
I demand a compensation of 50 Lakhs as restitution for the severe mental stress and the wastage of my valuable time.
