I am filing this complaint against Tecvoza, an online merchant operating via Facebook advertisements.
I ordered an E-Paper / E-Ink Note device (B751, 11 inch) after seeing a Facebook ad from Tecvoza.
The order was placed on 03 February 2026 and payment was made through Snapmint 0% EMI.
However, instead of the ordered E-Paper device, I received a cheap pair of wireless headphones worth less than ₹200.
This is a clear case of wrong item delivery, cheating, and online fraud.
Further investigation shows that:
• Multiple consumers have been scammed by Tecvoza in the exact same way
• Public complaints exist on Reddit and Facebook
• Tecvoza’s website is now unreachable
• Customer care details are fake or non-responsive
Despite raising a complaint with Snapmint, I was initially asked to contact the merchant directly, even though the merchant has disappeared.
This is not a return issue but a confirmed case of online shopping fraud and misrepresentation.
I request appropriate action against the seller and necessary directions for refund and consumer protection.
