I placed an online order #182466 on 09 December 2025 from the above-mentioned company through their website. The total amount of ₹480/- was paid online successfully via UPI.
Despite the payment being completed and order showing confirmed, the company has not provided any tracking ID, and the product has not been delivered till date.
I have tried contacting the company through email and other available modes, but no response has been received from their side. There has been complete silence after receiving payment, which clearly indicates deficiency in service and unfair trade practice.
