I purchased a silk saree online while tried to return the saree, the seller said he will refund after deducting Rs.400/-. The courier pick up charge should not be more than Rs100/-. Actually indirectly they are forcing consumer to keep the saree, this is cheating. I asked keep 200/-and refund me rest but they did not agree. This is total cheating with customer. This should not be done. I am attaching the shop name and details
