I purchased OnePlus buds pro 3 years ago and hardly used the product due to battery draining.
I was relying on by neck band for my audio usage and didn't notice my OnePlus buds pro battery drain issue.

recently I lost my neck band and when I tried using the buds pro it dies within a minute on both Right and Left buds.

I did research online and found that OnePlus is replacing the Buds pro even if the warranty period is exceeded because of the manufacturing defects in the product.

I sent my buds for replacement to Bangalore service center, and they took 12 days to just to tell me that it cannot be replaced and asked me to contact OnePlus customer support.

I reached out to customer support and explained the scenario asking replacement, I have shared the evidence of such replacement thread on OnePlus community and reddit.

They refused to replace; I requested for repair, and I am ready to bear the expenses for repair but now they are saying it cannot be repaired either.

After multiple calls and escalations, they finally offered me 750 rupees OnePlus voucher in return, I refused the voucher and asked for repair.

They closed the case without my concern.

if there is no repair available for a product worth 10000, then how can customers.

I purchased POCO M6 Plus 5g through flipkart online on 05.04.2025, which was delivered to me on 07.04.2025.
Now, within one month of purchase, a black line (perpendicular, width of 1 cm) approx.) is appearing in the middle of the screen (Photo enclosed).
I visited service centre, Where I was told that this is due to the insertion of water, however this is not true, as this phone has no contact with water as its covered with its transparent cover.
At service centre i asked for repair, where i was told that it will be chargeable approx 4900/- which is a huge amount (i.e. 50% of total amount of this phone)
I returned from Service Centre and requesting to resolve the issue regarding the line appear on the phone screen within one month.
However, when I was searching for mobile on flipkart , in specification it was mentioned that this phone is water resistant.

As I have checked with the service order details: WXIN2505150000095, your device falls under the out-of-warranty (OOW) category, due to which you need to pay the relevant charges to fix the issue.

Also, I would like to request you that kindly visit the service center as certain issues may require physical inspection and testing that can only be done at our service center. Our service center is equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to diagnose and try to fix issues efficiently so that your device operates smoothly again.
