I purchased OnePlus buds pro 3 years ago and hardly used the product due to battery draining.
I was relying on by neck band for my audio usage and didn't notice my OnePlus buds pro battery drain issue.
recently I lost my neck band and when I tried using the buds pro it dies within a minute on both Right and Left buds.
I did research online and found that OnePlus is replacing the Buds pro even if the warranty period is exceeded because of the manufacturing defects in the product.
I sent my buds for replacement to Bangalore service center, and they took 12 days to just to tell me that it cannot be replaced and asked me to contact OnePlus customer support.
I reached out to customer support and explained the scenario asking replacement, I have shared the evidence of such replacement thread on OnePlus community and reddit.
They refused to replace; I requested for repair, and I am ready to bear the expenses for repair but now they are saying it cannot be repaired either.
After multiple calls and escalations, they finally offered me 750 rupees OnePlus voucher in return, I refused the voucher and asked for repair.
They closed the case without my concern.
if there is no repair available for a product worth 10000, then how can customers.
