I placed an order for a brick red kurta on April 27, 2025 it’s beeen 11 months and I haven’t received the product yet . Initially I used to call the customer care either the number is always switched off / user doesn’t exist is what I hear on calling . It did go through recently once when I called that’s when the customer care said the product is no longer available you can exchange for a new product so I did choose one product shared the details in WhatsApp to them they replied ok this happened on February 6, 2026. On Feb 11, 2026 they messaged me from there end in WhatsApp stating “This week dispatching “. It’s been a month aldready did try calling n messaging again back to the same thing calls are not answered / no response for WhatsApp messages / no response for Instagram direct message to the page / user not found . Really tired and fed up walking behind this .
