Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to report an issue with my Samsung S24 mobile phone. One week after performing the latest software update earlier this month, the display began flickering continuously and has become very difficult to use.
I took the phone to a Samsung service center, but unfortunately, they refused to take responsibility or offer any support. I want to clarify that the phone has not been dropped, exposed to water, or damaged in any way. The issue clearly started after the software update, and there were no prior problems with the display.
My phone’s warranty expired just recently, on the 18th of this month, and this issue arose shortly after that, but it was not caused by any misuse or negligence on my part. Despite that, when I contacted Samsung customer care, they simply told me to send an email and ended the call without further help.
Due to this issue, I now face a loss of approximately ₹15,000, and I strongly feel that this is unfair. I am requesting that appropriate action be taken, and I believe I deserve support from Samsung, especially since the issue began due to a system update and right after the warranty ended.
Thanks
