I BOUGHT NEW OLA S1X 3RD GENRATION AT DANTIWADA OLA ELECTRIC SHOW ROOM 5 MONTHS AGO, THEY PROVIDE ME 3 YEARS OF WARRANTRY OF OLA ELECTRIC VEICHLE, AND ALSO THEY PROMISED ME TO PROVIDING ME SERVISE,,NOT FROM LAST 2 MONTHS IM SUFFERING FROM OLA BBW ISSUE THAT MEANS OLA IS NOT STARTNIG PROPERLY SO I GO TO SHOW ROOM AND THEY CALL THE SERVISE GUY AND HE COMES AND AFTER 4 HOUR THE OLA DID NON DOING WELL, SO THEY TOLD ME THAT "WE NEED YOUR OLA FOR 2 DAYS AND WE SEND TO COMPANY AND THEN YOUR OLS GETTING WELL,, SO I GIVE THEM MY OLA,,AFTER 3 DAYS MY OLA GOT ME,,BUT AFTER 2 DAYS OF DRIVE THE SAME ISSUE COMING AGAIN AND AGAIN, SO I AGAIN CALL HIM,,CONTINUESLY BUT THEIR RESPONSE IS THAT,,, YOU NEED TO GO SERVICE CENTER WHICH IS 31 KM AWAY FROM ME SO I DECIDE TO GO THERE AND HE SAID WAIT FOR 3 HOUR GO AND SIT OUTSIDE WHENEVER ITS REAADY WE CALL YOU,,SO I WAIT OUTSIDE THE SERVICE CENTRE,,,AND THEN I GO INSIDE AND MY OLA DIDNT EVEN OPEN,,SO I AGAIN TELL THEM THAT HOW MUCH MORE TIME I NEED TO WAIT AND HE SAID,, YOU NEED TO WAIT EITHER YOU CAN GO,,,THATS THEIR EWORD, SO I AGAIN WAITED FOR 1 HOUR, AFTER THAT I TELL THEM THAT I ALSO HAVING ISSUE OF OLA LOCATION PROBLEM ITS NOT SHOWING THA CURRANT LOCATION ON MY OLA APP,, SO THEY SAID ,, FOR THAT ISSUE YOU NEED TO COME AGAIN ON MONDAY,,,AND I BACK MY HOME.AND AFTER THAT AGAIN MY OLA GETTING SAME PROBLEM (IT SHOWING ON SCREEN THAT, SENSOR ISSUE PROBLEM,, I BOUGH IN 1'46'000 INR,, HERE SOME PHOTOS OF ISSUE,, SO I REQUEST TO COURT THAT PLEASE GIVE ME MY RESOLUTION EITHER GIVE MY MONEY BACK
