I have purchased new olas1 pro 3rd generation on 30-Mar 2025, but I am not satisfied with my scooter since from day one as having issue of the touch screen from day one, which was initially solved the problem in ola service station and changed my display,
Again same problem happen since 4 Aug 2025.
I have been visited local (Ujala service station) in Ahmedabad for repairing but there is no any response since last 15 days.
I am not satisfied from the service station reply & service what they provide. I am mentally upset & stress in this situation. My vehicle is not working since last one month due to this issue & no one reply on my email as well from Ola Electric Company.
I need my money back from the company.
