OLA Scooter HSRP No- MH48DJ4468 appointment for service declined by the advisor. Service appointment no- 11469782, date: 27/12/2025
This is an email to escalate my service appointment OLA Scooter( ticket no- 11469782).
Pls note that I had been to the designated service centre at 11am today as per appointment date. I spoke to the Service advisor that there is noise coming from the rear when riding and that is why I had taken this appointment.
The service advisor told me the following:
1. There are so many vehicles parked and he will therefore not be able to take my vehicle for service. ( this is inspite of me informing him that I have taken this appointment after much difficulty).
2. He said that his technicians are not yet trained on the new model of S1 Pro for chain servicing and therefore cannot proceed with looking at my vehicle.
3. The service advisor also stated that he himself will not advise anyone to buy any electric vehicle as it is more of a trouble than ease of function.
4. The service advisor towards the end informed that if it is a noise from chain issue then I could myself apply some chain lubricant or I may purchase the lubricant and then he will apply it for me as his service centre does not have any materials or spare parts.
5. He also stated that the company has been informed not to take further appointments as he has a lot of work and no spare parts or working tools but the OLA company is continuing to give customers appointments for this service centre.
Please be noted that that during my conversation the service advisor did not even inspect my vehicle nor did he ask for my vehicle number.
As a customer I am exasperated. Firstly, it seems easier to fix an appointment with the Prime Minister than taking an appointment for service in this service centre. I had been trying for an appointment since over a month. After getting an appointment the above transpired between myself and the service advisor.
At the end my issue remains unresolved and the scooter not serviced.
How do I help myself in such a scenario apart from moving the Consumer forum?
