I have purchased Ola s1x+ scooter online on 10th May 2025 with full.payment and during booking it was showing delivery date 21 May2025.
But till date 07 June 2025 My scooter not delivered.
I have Mailed May times for Delivery status but only get reply that they solve problem soon and We tried calling but couldn’t connect with you.
They never called me I also shared my alternate no 9915332762 on mail also but no call back me.
I also tried to cancel my scooter but getting message scooter cannot be cancelled because invoice has created.
Also scooter insurance and registration has done 14 May 2025. After registration it has passed 23 Days almost one Month but scooter not delivered till date .
Looking this type of response in Delivery , I am afraid how they will support during any complaint or service.
I want to cancel my Booking so kindly suggest and help for same.
