I am formally escalating this matter due to the continued lack of action and clarity.

It has been over one month since the issue was raised for VIN P53AFDCB7CDA17487, and to date, there is still no approval and no concrete explanation for the delay. Repeated follow-ups have yielded only a generic response that the case is “awaiting approval,” with no details provided when the vehicle is under warranty and is driven for only 17K kms in 2 yrs by a lady ...and currently daily office activities are all over the place .... this is disappointing

The facts are clear:
  • The vehicle has a confirmed battery issue
  • BMS testing has conclusively identified the battery as faulty
  • Despite this, the workflow remains unapproved, with no justification shared
  • The ASM, Mr. Bapja, has not provided any actionable update beyond stating it is pending approval
At this point, the delay is unacceptable and reflects a serious breakdown in the approval process. It is unclear what additional validation is required when diagnostics already confirm the root cause.

I require an immediate and specific response addressing:

  1. What exact approval is pending
  2. Who is responsible for approving it
  3. Why it has been delayed for over a month
  4. A definitive timeline for resolution
This matter needs urgent attention. Continued inaction is not acceptable.
