Malad service center refused to take my ola s1 as the scooter was immobile, therefore i had to tow my vehicle to the ola serice center which is 25kms away from my residence in thane. on 4th septeber 2025, job card was immediately opened, there afteer visited ola service cente for inspection but the scooter was not even attended to till 20th september 2025. issue was highlited as MCU part issue , parte being unavailable . was told to wait for a few day. i am getting battery critical in my ola app. and now my warrantly has also expired . there are thousands of other vehicle lying idle there with several harassed consumers who are helpless with the compnay giving only standard responses. unable to contact customer care, app shows estimate of 60k for repairs. with out any communication to me.
