I had purchased my ola before 1 year at the time of purchasing the company had clamid that his service is very fast but on 20th may 2025 my ola's battery got ruined I visited to the service centre they told me to leave the scooty I done the same but till 4th of july they did not do any thing then again I visited to the service centre then they open the job card and inspect the scooty and told me that the battery will go for replacement and also said it will take 5 to 7 days from that day I had visited the service centre 100s of times but every time I found gloomy words. The manager and employee said "JO MAN HO VO KAR LO" then I call to the company's costumer care 100s of times but they do not response. that is way I decided to contact with you I hope you will help to solve my problem
