I brought my scooter in September 25 2025 and they promised to deliver on Oct 19 2025 but delivered to november 1.
I made calls to customer cares, other officer then but scooty delivered to me with a not working or damaged charger, and no documents like Invoice, insurance, rc and numberplate.
Then i contacted ola store for reporting damed charger, they brought a 3 party or some other charger from somewhere and told me to wait for 15 days and you will get original charger and other documents with number plate.
But till today I didn't get my number plate, rc, insurance, invoice, etc.. till date I tried contacting customer cares, visiting stores daily but stores are closed, sending mails but no response.
3 salesmanager changed from the day I booked my Scooty, I don't have the latest manager number, I don't whom to contact other 2 has switched off there phone.
I visited rto to get information about my numberplate status but they said that they should get details from dealers.
Now I don't understand what to do now it's nearly 2 months, I can't go out without numberplates, rc, invoice etc...
