I am very much harrassed by the person by ola Service Station, Rohtak, Haryana. My old scooty was standing since more than last 6 months on service Center. During this period ola service man has taken OTP from me saying that he is raising request about motors and he showed the scooty has been repaired. But when again I escalated the issue then again the ola person raised the request for motors. I am in touch with Mr. kuldeep kumar, Regional Service Manager of Haryana State. Now, he is also not picking the call. I am very much harrassed since last 3 months. No one is bothering about this. I am ready to sell back this to ola.
According to me, so poor services of ola. I had made a blunder mistake by purchasing this vehicle. I contacted on ola customer care many a times, they are not picking the call.
I will raise the complaint in customer care.
The ola scooty which I purchased is defective. It has broken down many times. Once the motor changed by ola within one year of purchase. Again require motor change.
